a) Before Project Commencement
Clients may request cancellation before the project officially starts. However:
1.Any advance payment made for consultation, planning, requirement analysis, or resource allocation may be non-refundable.
2.Administrative or processing charges may be deducted.
b) After Project Commencement
If cancellation is requested after the project has started:
1.Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
2.The Company reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.
3.Any refundable balance (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting costs incurred.
2.2 SaaS / Subscription-Based Software
1.Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
2.Cancellation will stop future renewals.
3.No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
4.Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
2.3 Licensed / Downloadable Software Products
1.Orders cannot be cancelled once license keys, access credentials, or download links have been issued.
